Kirsti Liodden

Kirsti is, together with her husband Ole, the founder and owner of WildPhoto Travel. While Ole has been traveling the world she has taken care of everything at home - both company-related things and their five kids. She has been working part-time at WildPhoto Travel since the very beginning, and for the last few years, she has been a full-time employee.

Kirsti has a Master´s degree from the University in Ås (NMBU) where she was educated as a civil engineer. She also has a master's degree in wildlife management where she studied subjects such as animal behavior/ethology, biology, and animal anatomy and physiology. She has always been interested in animals, and animal behavior in particular.

As a passionate nature lover since childhood Kirsti visited Svalbard for the first time in 1995, when she spent a lot of time out in the amazing nature.

Kirsti will usually be your first point of contact in the company, as she is in charge of the booking and communication with the guests.
